Sommelier Kim Bickley’s passion for Riesling is unparalleled. A Finalist in the Frankland Estate Riesling Scholarship in 2011 she really lives and breathes it!

Glass Brasserie plays host to one of the biggest Riesling events of Summer of Riesling 2012 – The FEIRT Grand Riesling Dinner on the Tuesday 7th of February. The final event of the 2012 Frankland Estate international Riesling Tasting is a gourmet riesling dinner at Glass Brasserie. A degustation menu prepared by chef Luke Mangan, features five courses matched with many of the world’s great rieslings. Mangan’s food, which he describes as ‘clean and light with a contemporary twist’ is inspired by a culinary journey through Lyon and Paris. The delicacy, virtuosity and structure of the Riesling grape is an ideal match for the purity and elegance of Mangan’s flavours.
